Win £500 with Winter Limited Edition and Poundland
1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
How to Enter
2. The promotion will run as a series of 46 prize draws, one per day.
3. Entrants will need to purchase one Qualifying Product from UK Poundland stores or on Poundland.com during the Promotional Period to enter one of the 46 Prize Draws across the Promotional Period.
4. Keep original till receipt for purchase from a Poundland store or a copy of their Poundland.com receipt for online, as proof of purchase.
5. One entry per person and per email per Qualifying Product purchase and one entry per day and up to a maximum of 3 entries during the Promotion. For example, if you purchase 3 Qualifying Products, you can enter 3 times across the Promotional Period, provided each entry is on a different day. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.

7. To enter scan the QR Code advertising the Promotion in UK Poundland stores or visit the Competition Form online at https://www.cifclean.co.uk/poundland-winter-limited-editions-competition.html and complete the mandatory fields (name and email address) and upload a digital photograph of the till receipt for in store Poundland purchase or a copy of their Poundland.com receipt for online purchase (JPG/JPEG/PNG).
8. Winners will need a UK bank account to receive the prize money.
Prize Draws
9. There are 46 draws in total, one for each calendar day from 11 November 2024 to 26 December 2024 (the Promotional Period).
10. The opening time for entries for each day is 00.01 GMT and the closing time for receipt of entries each day is 11.59 GMT.
There will be one winner for each draw per day.
The winner for that day will win one £500 prize.
Only one prize can be won per person, per email and per bank account across the entire Promotion.
Entry Requirements
11. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
12. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Selection of Winners
13. All valid entries received on or before the closing date and time for each draw will be entered into a random number generator for that draw. The first entry drawn at random will win the prize in that draw.
14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. Duplicate entries on same receipt will be disqualified.
15. The winner will be notified by email from unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within 7 days of the closing date of each draw. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 7 days of the notification.
16. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. Once the winner has accepted the prize, they will be sent an SMS with a secure link to put in their bank details to claim their prize. Once the winner replies to this SMS, they will receive the prize via bank transfer within 48 hours.
17. The Promoter may publish information that confirms that the award of prizes took place. The winners’ details (surname) will be made available on request to those by emailing unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within ten weeks after the closing date. Winners have the right to object to disclosure of their details and they can notify the Promoter if they do not wish for this information to be published by responding within 7 calendar days to the email informing them that they are a winner. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
General Terms
18. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
19. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html
20. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
